WHY NEWCASTLE?
Founder Poppy Collingwood-Cameron grew up in Northumberland and always felt frustrated that the sustainable shopping events she followed online rarely—if ever—made their way to Newcastle, instead focusing on hubs further south.
“With so much creativity in the North East, I always wondered why we were being skipped,” says Poppy. ““The appetite for events like this is bigger than ever—and the success of our last Newcastle event was proof of that.
