2025 has been a year of growth, connection, and celebration across Hoults.
From Hoults Yard to Haylofts, Hypoint, and Blackfriars, our tenants have inspired us with their creativity, ambition, and resilience – while behind the scenes, our team has been working hard to support them every step of the way.
Team milestones
This year we welcomed Sam, our new Deputy Centre Manager, focused on ensuring our clients have the best experience across our spaces. Ellen, our Deputy Facilities Manager, has dived straight into major projects, including car park renovations at Hoults Yard and refurbishments at Hypoint, supporting the wider Facilities team to keep all spaces high-quality for tenants.
Team culture & bonding
Our team has grown too, taking time to learn, bond, and have fun – from training sessions on delivering excellent service, to Go Ape adventures, and corporate volunteering at Newcastle Dog and Cat Shelter.
Community & tenant events
Connecting tenants has remained a priority. From monthly Brew and Bites, Easter Egg Hunts, and our annual dog show, to Pizza & a Pint nights at Hoults Yard’s onsite brewery, Full Circle Brew Co, 2025 has been full of moments to share, celebrate, and grow together.
Looking ahead
As we reflect on the year, we feel proud of what we’ve achieved and grateful to the people who make Hoults such a special place to work, collaborate, and grow. 2026 promises more exciting developments, community moments, and opportunities – and we can’t wait to share them with our tenants, old and new.
