Managing director, Ian Gillespie, said: “2019 was our busiest year yet and whilst January is traditionally a quiet month for a lot of businesses, we are full steam ahead! We are buoyed by the figures from last year and feel it is a very clear indicator that our development strategy is working.

“Our sales team is set to increase in size this year as we put growth at the centre of our plans for 2020 and we expect to be announcing a number of new key appointments in the coming months.

“The team is very close knit and deliver strong results in everything they do. As we continue to grow at an exponential rate, we will not dilute the quality of our staff. We will take time and exercise due diligence when picking each and every new person that joins us.
