Summertime Menu Launch For Barista Boho

Following chef Paul Scott's appointment at North Shields café bar, Barista Boho, together with the team, they have created an exciting new menu, launched just in time for Summer.

With a philosophy of fresh to plate, and locally sourced as much as possible, they cater for all tastes with lots of vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options as well as some delicious healthy favourites including:

Buddha bowls – with mixed leaves, carrot ribbons, cauliflower florets, cucumber, lentils, baby corn, red peppers, cous cous, hummus and basil, with our special in-house dressing, all served with a choice of smoked salmon, pan fried chicken, Scotch egg or halloumi.

Greek Salad – black olives, plum tomatoes, feta, cos lettuce, house dressing.

Salad Nicoise – Tuna, boiled egg, fine beans, cherry tomatoes, cos lettuce, new potatoes, balsamic house dressing.

Ceasar Salad – Baby gem lettuce, shaved vegan parmesan, croutons, homemade Caesar dressing (vegan), served with chicken and bacon or halloumi.

Freshly caught fish – From North Shields Fish Quay served with chips and homemade mushy peas.

There will be some fabulous breakfast/brunch options including full English, vegan English, eggs benedict, eggs royal, eggs and avocado or for total indulgence, freshly made pancakes with fruit compote or Biscoff topping and ice-cream.

A range of fresh cold sandwiches and toasted sandwiches on homemade bread, club sandwich, homemade steak burgers and falafels.

All cakes are made by local artisan bakers.
