In the year we spent more time at home than ever before, I think we can all agree, we are desperate for a change of scenery. Here at Jesmond Dene House, we have been eagerly anticipating our grand reopening, refreshing our venue throughout lockdown to welcome customers into our home away from home.
Among refurbishing our Billiard Room, bar, and public areas, we are most excited to share with you our brand-new project, Fern. Fern is an upmarket neighbourhood dining room and bar, where we will be serving a variety of contemporary and non-fussy dishes, created at the highest standard by our Executive Chef and MasterChef talent, Danny Parker. After having our doors closed for over a year now, we knew we had to celebrate our reopening in a way that was special – and what better way than serving an exclusive, one-off menu in our pristine new restaurant, crafted by Danny, embellished with his most iconic MasterChef dishes? At Fern, you can enjoy the familiarity of the relaxed, informal Geordie hospitality, alongside contemporary dishes prepared with love, care, and attention.
