Scott’s expertise includes advising high-net-worth clients, senior professionals, and business owners on financial matters upon divorce such as the division of property, business interests, valuable pensions, inherited wealth and hidden non disclosed assets. He also has significant experience in child-related cases, including those impacted by proposed relocation of children, intractable disputes and domestic abuse. His master of laws (LL.M.) in international human rights law is particularly valuable in cases where a parent wishes to relocate with children and wider international issues.

Scott has also established a national reputation as a leading expert in LGBT+ family law. His work in this area, combined with his track record of fighting for his clients, has earned him recognition from independent legal guides.
