Over the past 18 months, the Family department at Newcastle based Mincoffs Solicitors has seen the team double in size in order to service client needs.
The four-strong team, headed up by prominent lawyer Lyn Rutherford, is able to provide clients with a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of Family law, as well as being able to call upon other departments in the firm to provide a one stop’ service.
Last year, the team brought in highly experienced Family Law Solicitor Rachel Smith as well as welcoming consultant Tim Gray, known as one of Newcastle’s most highly rated and respected lawyers. Associate Emily Cannell continues to be a strong team member and featured as an Associate to watch’ in the latest edition of Chambers and Partners. Legal Assistants Stephanie Farham and Wendy Davison complete the team.
