A renowned manufacturing leader is bringing his extensive business transformation experience to the North East to support small and medium-sized companies (SMEs) looking to drive improved performance or enable growth.
Following a distinguished career in the pharmaceutical industry, Colin Seller joined Seller HR & Business Solutions almost five years ago, to expand the business offering. Having supported corporate clients in the USA and Europe and the UK government’s COVID-19 response, Colin is now expanding his services to include SME consulting, closer to home.
Colin has optimised operations and led significant change at many complex organisations. This has included the global pharmaceutical business, Pfizer, where he spent 16 years and was, most recently, the Vice President Network and Operational Excellence for Pfizer Global Manufacturing, and at the UK Health Security Agency where he led an operation to support the performance and rapid upscaling of Covid-19 PCR testing at the height of the pandemic.
Colin, who lives in Northumberland, is now offering his insights and pragmatic solutions to local SMEs looking to expand and thrive in today’s competitive market.
