Effective people management at Inspired HR is all about focusing on customer needs across all actions and touchpoints. At Inspired HR, we reviewed our business after a manic 2020 and decided that we needed to support our clients with a Customer Relationship Manager. Let us introduce you to our newest member of the team – Hamza Naeem. Hamza is currently a Customer Success Manager at Sage but will soon to be joining Inspired HR as a Customer Relationship Manager. He has a vast experience in managing a high value portfolio of multi-million-pound clients and his mindful and empathetic, yet enthusiastic approach to client management makes him passionate about building real relationships that create value for all! Coming from a background of culture, business, and travel, he is fuelled by his passion to understand how people from all different walks of life like to do business and connect with them on more than a professional level. He considers himself a ‘forever student’, eager to build on both his academic foundations in Business Sustainability and Investment Banking meaning he stays in tune with the latest success strategies through professional development. He is looking forward to bringing his vast skill set and success in creating lasting and valuable customer relationships to Inspired HR, and really making a difference to our clients in addition to helping our company grow to new heights with the collaboration and support of our colleagues and senior management team. Customer relationships is a part of our ongoing effort to apply measurable actions to key parts of our business. Commitment to our customer experience opens opportunities to dramatically improve all relationships.
