Recently, we sat down with Logica Digital, a Wakefield-based marketing agency. They have spent the past five years helping small businesses strengthen their digital presence and identify growth opportunities. Founded in 2020 during an uncertain period for many UK businesses, the company has steadily built a reputation for supporting small brands that often struggle to compete in an increasingly crowded online marketplace.
For founder Mark Skinner, the idea behind Logica Digital stemmed from identifying a clear gap in the UK market for small business marketing support. Mark said. “We noticed a gap between helping businesses with SEO and the fact that many didn’t have the foundations in place.”

The focus remains on supporting businesses from the very beginning of their journey and giving them the tools they need to grow with confidence.
“The marketplace is crowded,” Mark explained. “For smaller businesses, getting noticed can be difficult.” However, Mark believes that its beginner-friendly marketing approach sets it apart from competitors. While many marketing agencies are jargon-led, Logica Digital is a down-to-earth partner that emphasises transparency and clear communication between the team and the client.

Being in business for five years is one of the company’s proudest achievements, particularly given the timing of its launch during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, reaching the five-year milestone has reinforced the company’s ability to navigate uncertain climates and push forward into new territory.
Looking ahead, Logica Digital is focused on growing its client base. Expanding their team also remains a key long-term priority, alongside the development of new tools and approaches to enhance the overall customer experience.
