Teesside-based HR2day is gearing up for further growth, with the appointment of an HR administrator to its team.
The award-winning, Darlington firm, delivers tailor-made HR solutions for businesses, government bodies and not-for-profit organisations.
The ever-expanding team adds HR administrator, Charley Stockdale, 25, at a time of increasing business activity, including a contract with South Tees Development Corporation.
It is anticipated that Charley will be the first of a number of appointments to be made in 2019.
The business continues to develop its promising client portfolio by offering a wide range of specialist services including HR consultancy and training and development. It has also won an industry-accredited gold award for its HR management system, Breathe HR.
Managing director, Nicky Jolley, said: “We have had a very strong start to the year which includes our appointment to a number of new clients including South Tees Development Corporation to help provide it with ongoing HR support.
“This is a major win for us and is particularly exciting as the Corporation is the body responsible for driving regeneration and investment across the Tees Valley. It is one of a number of clients we have recently welcomed and joins a growing list of long-standing clients such as Frank’s The Flooring Store, who we have represented for nearly six years.”
The Corporation is the first Mayoral Development Corporation (MDC) outside of London. It has been set up to promote the economic growth and commercial development of Tees Valley by converting assets in the South Tees area into opportunities for business investment and economic growth.
Nicky, added: “We take the pressure away from clients by ensuring they are always fully compliant in what is a complex HR landscape. We can also help them to inspire their teams to achieve their very best. However, for some clients we go even further and offer our HR Director solution, where a senior executive from our team will get to know a business thoroughly, understand its challenges and future direction, so offering a combination of strategic and tactical advice.”
