A Bright Start To 2023 As Integrity Welcomes New Clients

Issue 91

South Tyneside based IT support provider, Integrity Technology Solutions, are celebrating a successful start to Q1 in 2023 as they welcome a raft of new clients.

The business, which was launched by owner Jon Place in 2010, provide flexible IT support including network installations & upgrades, Microsoft 365 solutions, data backup & security and have recently increased their service offering to include cloud hosted VoIP telephone systems.

Businesses joining Integrity are VBites, the leading makers of meat-free, vegan meat substitutes, Revinson Fire, Sunderland based fire safety specialists, Paramount Associates, chartered building surveyors based in Northumberland and finally, Churches Together South Tyneside, a charity offering support to local people suffering from poverty and isolation.

The new wins will enable the business to continue with their growth plans including adding further services to their portfolio.

Commenting on the new clients and ongoing growth within the business, director, Jon Place commented, “The recent contract wins are a testament to the hard work and dedication of the whole Integrity team, we pride ourselves on our personal and flexible approach and have a reputation for not talking ‘IT language’, we explain things in plain English, something we know our clients appreciate.

All our clients work with us on a rolling monthly agreement basis with no ties, this is a key selling point when attracting new business and something which businesses really value.

There’s nothing worse than getting tied into a six, twelve or eighteen month contract only to then receive poor service from your supplier. With our flexible approach, as long as we provide a first-class service, our clients will stay with us, we may take the risk, however, the business model is certainly working for us.

Our growth plans have enabled us to recently start to provide cloud hosted VoIP telephone systems, a service that is becoming more popular especially due to businesses being able to save considerable amounts on their calls. This enables us to offer our clients a valuable service that can not only improve their communication systems but can also save on costs, something which is certainly needed at the moment.

We’re delighted with the results from the start of the year, we’re looking forward to working with our new clients, growing the business further and can’t wait to see what the rest of 2023 has in store.”
