Falcon Fox Developments continues to recruit locally to support the delivery of construction sites it is managing in Sunderland, with the appointment of Alfred Lane as project manager on the Vaux Housing Development.
The project is a flagship scheme at the heart of the city centre which will deliver 93 sustainable homes.
Alfred, from Washington, has 40 years of construction expertise under his belt including as a senior project manager for construction solutions partner, Graham.
In his role as project manager, Alfred is responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, liaising closely with site manager, Darren Talbot to plan work, lead the team and manage resources, ensuring the project is on-schedule, within budget and to the required quality and safety standards.
Falcon Fox director, Duncan Bowman, said: “We have some important milestones coming up at the Vaux site including the erection of the timber frame which will span 52 new homes. Alfred will be a valuable and highly experienced addition to the Falcon Fox team. He will help oversee the project, manage sub-contractors and be a key client liaison contact.”
