The HR agency which takes a ‘refreshing view’ on HR continues to see year-on-year growth with plans for further expansion in the coming year. A key part of the expansion plan is the further investment in staffing resources to service their growing and diverse range of client needs.
Experienced HR professional and CIPD member Claire Dodds has been working in HR for over 20 years with specific industry experience in Retail, Software Technology and the Automotive industry.
Approachable and supportive, Claire has worked with the team at Oculus HR on a part time basis over the last year and has enjoyed a variety of projects with an array of businesses across the region.
Claire said: “After working closely with Louise and the team over the last year it is great to make the transition to full time employment with Oculus HR, especially at a poignant moment with the business celebrating 10 years.
Building relationships is what I really enjoy. I love supporting businesses and individuals with what they need at that moment in time. I’m looking forward to providing Oculus HR’s clients with the right advice and supporting them through any challenges.”
