North Tyneside-based, Carney Consultancy, has announced the promotion of Louise Dack as office manager.
Louise, who joined the firm in 2020, steps up from her current role of client liaison/training advisor.
With a background in the legal sector, having worked as a training development manager for a large North East law firm for 12 years, Louise has a wealth of commercial experience.
In her role as office manager, she will oversee the day-to-day running of the office, acting as a conduit between the company directors and administration team.
Louise, said: “Becoming office manager felt like a very natural progression for me. I have a strong understanding of training and development and I am passionate about supporting the whole team.
“My role as office manager spans across all areas of the business. I work very closely with our accounts manager, Julie Turner and Zachary Marshall, our administration assistant and we have recently welcomed health and safety assistant, James Pearson.
“I have a huge focus on quality performance and delivery. It is one of our core values and I want to ensure that everything we do is of the highest standard. I’m also keen to keep improving our processes and procedures and to introduce new systems across the business to ensure we work efficiently and smartly. Having worked very closely with IT teams in previous roles, I am always looking at how we can improve our systems.
“It is also very important that I have time to talk to everyone across the business, to ensure that workloads are well managed.”

“On a daily basis Louise not only works with the team but with our loyal clients, where activity can range from advising on CITB funding applications, training needs analysis, training matrices and assistance with business improvement funding applications.
“Louise is also central when it comes to the planning of our marketing and social media strategy, this also includes market research and ensuring that we are measuring and meeting our KPIs.
“As we move towards the final quarter of 2024, we will be announcing a number of hires. We are currently seeking a fire risk assessor and a health and safety professional to work across the North West, as well as, a personal assistant to help handle activity for our directors.”
