MHA Tait Walker Corporate Finance has assisted on a management buyout of a Boots store in Cowpen, Blyth.

The team assisted Boots employee, Debbie Hepple in the MBO, which will launch as Eden Pharmacy and Healthcare in April.

Debbie Hepple, owner of Eden Pharmacy and Healthcare said, “The store is a high dispensing business that provides vital healthcare services to the local community. Thanks to the expert advice and financial modelling I received from Lee and the team, I was able to secure additional funding to complete the MBO during these challenging times and I am very much looking forward to what the future has in store.”
