Situated within easy reach of the A1, Newcastle International Airport and the Tyne & Wear Metro, Kingston Park Stadium is the ideal venue for your conference or meeting. With ample free parking and state-of-theart function rooms, our award-winning team will help you plan your conference with confidence. Our range of executive boxes and spacious function suites can accommodate four to 300 delegates for a variety of events. Natural light and room for break out sessions mean you’ll have the flexibility to run your event, your way. In addition, we offer flexible spaces that will allow you to run events with social distancing in place, as well as ensure your event has dedicated facilities including a bar and toliets.

We offer bespoke catering and can guide you through the planning from start to finish and, for even larger events we have ample room for large marquees, as well as room for outdoor summer parties and BBQs.
Bringing the party to you
Our Newcastle Rugby Events team also cater for offsite events at your business, home, concerts and festivals. Our Vintage Bus Bars are available for hire and our catering team can run events at a venue of your choice. We recently became Hexham Racecourse’s exclusive partner for catering and events planning which is testament to our team’s expertise.
