Elanders UK, a leading international print, packaging and supply chain solutions provider, has appointed Emily Summers as supply chain business development manager.
Emily will be helping businesses which operate in the fashion and apparel sectors, to become more profitable through providing effective and efficient end-to-end supply chain services.
Emily brings over 10 years’ experience in business-to-business sales and a wealth of knowledge of the retail sector to her role, having previously worked at Retail Hive which is a network that brings senior retailers together to collaborate.
At Elanders UK, Emily will focus primarily on growing their luxury brands client base. She explains more: “Having worked supplier-side, I know very well the challenges that high-end retailers face.
“Elanders can offer a value proposition to luxury brands who are under pressure to deliver a very high level of customer service through the entire customer journey – from sale, right through to post-sale support. As well as being a specialist in supply chain solutions, Elanders UK is also an expert in print and packaging which puts us in a unique position to be able to supply bespoke print products alongside third-party logistics (3PL), for example, high-end retailers often require luxurious packaging and in-parcel personalised notes.”
