Cmyk Benefits From Neaa Culture Of Collaboration And Partnership

Issue 89

The North East Automotive Alliance (NEAA) continues to build on its role as a conduit between member organisations, with CMYK Business Technology providing ongoing services to the NEAA, as well as winning a range of contracts thanks to a culture of collaboration and partnership.

Founded in 1996, with offices across the UK, the company launched in Newcastle in 2021, having identified the automotive sector as a key strategic focus for growth.

CMYK provides a wide range of technologies and services, including all aspects of managed IT services, including hardware, software and associated support, managed print and scanning services, telecoms, business connectivity, cloud services and visitor management solutions.

Over the last two years, CMYK has experienced significant growth and won several contracts in the automotive sector with the help of its active membership of the NEAA. Some of these clients include Unipres UK, Ford Aerospace, Smart Manufacturing Solutions and, more recently, fast growing tech consultancy firm, Serios Group, which delivers bespoke data and test solutions across a range of industries such as real estate, facilities management, and technology.

For the third year running, CMYK will deliver digital sign-in registration services at the NEAA’s flagship event, the North East Automotive Expo 2023, held in September at the Beacon of Light, Sunderland. In the first year, CMYK was able to support NEAA’s move to contactless registration to support the safe delivery of the exhibition in the aftermath of the covid pandemic where severe restrictions were still in place. Since then, the event has continued to grow and CMYK’s services offer a seamless registration process which enables delegates to transition through the mandatory registration process with ease.

Laura Gage, PR manager at the North East Automotive Alliance, said: “Building valuable connections and developing an open culture of collaboration, is what makes the NEAA such an important cluster for ambitious, growing businesses and more and more of our member companies are working with CMYK on a range of projects, which is very pleasing.

“It’s great to have CMYK onboard as an Expo partner for a third year. As we grow the event, the company’s services have been invaluable in providing a professional front-of-house and a seamless registration, which means we can get delegates on the exhibition floor more efficiently. Working with the team at CMYK is effortless and they bring a number of solutions to the table to meet our needs.”

The CMYK North East-based team is led by Regional Directors Craig Pratt and Sarah Wharrier, who have a combined 28 years of experience in supporting the region’s organisations with business technology solutions.

Sarah Wharrier, regional sales director at CMYK said “We are now in the third year of our NEAA membership, and the network has been invaluable in helping us to grow our presence in the North East automotive sector since establishing our regional Newcastle office in 2021. The support we have had from the team at the NEAA has been fantastic and so we are thrilled that we can assist them again this year at the North East Automotive Expo 2023, by providing our Visitor Management Solution to ensure the registration process is smooth and unified for all delegates.”
