Charlotte Robson was crowned North East Future Leader at the Generation4Change (G4C) Awards 2023.
Charlotte was nominated by her employer, Turner & Townsend.
The awards are held in association with Constructing Excellence in the North East and Northern Counties Builders Federation (NCBF) was the headline sponsor.
G4C aims to harness the young professional voice, driving continuous improvement in the UK built environment industry and the awards evening was an opportunity to shine the spotlight on the region’s talent pool.
Charlotte will now represent the region at the national final in London at the Grosvenor Square Hotel in November.
Judges praised Charlotte, who demonstrated real commitment and passion towards the industry, playing an integral role within her company’s internal net zero and sustainability group, assisting with organising continuing professional development (CPD) events and knowledge and awareness sessions to share best practice with members of the team.
Charlotte is also an active member of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) Tees Valley, supporting career events to promote the industry and assists with the organising of events.
