Bloom Names David Bailey As Chair

Bloom Procurement Services, the UK’s leading outcomes-focused procurement marketplace for the public sector, has appointed David Bailey as non-executive chair (NXC). Backed by growth capital investor BGF, Bloom delivers a fully managed service that connects public sector organisations with a diverse, pre-approved supplier ecosystem.

David was introduced by BGF’s Talent Network – one of the largest groups of board-level executives in the UK and Ireland. He brings more than 35 years of experience in professional and IT services, including more than two decades as a management consultant and 15 years advising high-growth firms on innovation, strategy, and value creation. He is the former President of the Management Consultancies Association and has held the position of Growth Expert with The Consultancy Growth Network.
