Stuart Bramley is one of those people who have the knack of creating success.
His route into marketing wasn’t traditional. For example, he went to the USA on a football scholarship and earned an International Business Management degree.
He returned to the UK and played semi-professional football, but he always wanted to run his own business. He founded a sportswear brand (worn by Boxing Scotland along with celebrities and footballers and England cricket captain Ben Stokes) before setting himself up as a business consultant. He was quickly taken on by firms such as Scalextric and Hornby Hobbies.
In 2018, he took the plunge and founded Mira Marketing after success with his portfolio of freelance clients. As he grew to a size which was unmanageable on his own, he employed his close friend and teamed up with well-known North East entrepreneur, investor, and business advisor, Neil Stephenson.
“I wanted to help businesses small and large who had the same sort of drive and vision which I had,” said Stuart. “I wanted to work with ambitious companies and help them generate more sales and achieve sustainable growth through strategies that made an impact on top and bottom line. Since founding Mira Marketing, we’ve grown by 20-30 per cent every year, and continue to add to our client portfolio. We’ve built a team which has allowed the company to grow a reputation for delivering measurable results rather than simply increasing marketing activity. Accountability, transparency, and long-term relationships have become something of a trademark for us.”

Mira Marketing is growing so fast…they’re up to a team of 18…that they’ve had to move into new offices and are now based at Ouseburn in Newcastle.
