Only The Fourth Company In Uk To Achieve Approved Constructionline Partner Status

North Shields-based Carney Consultancy is only the fourth company in the UK to be recognised as an approved partner under the Once For All Constructionline Compliance Partnership Programme.

The approval follows a rigorous audit which assessed the consultancy’s knowledge, skills, behaviours and competence to support organisations through the Constructionline certification process.

Carney Consultancy is a health, safety, compliance and business consultancy supporting clients across the construction, engineering and facilities management sectors. It provides practical advice and compliance support across health and safety, building safety, procurement, SSIP, Constructionline, ISO management systems and business management It helps organisations strengthen compliance, improve tender readiness and meet evolving regulatory requirements.

As an approved partner, it can now officially support companies to achieve and maintain Constructionline memberships more efficiently and with greater confidence.

Demand for specialist compliance support continues to grow as contractors respond to the Building Safety Act, Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) requirements and increasingly robust procurement expectations across the public and private sectors.

Since launching its dedicated compliance support service for the Building Safety Act from 2024, Carney Consultancy has helped more than 40 organisations navigate the accreditation process by providing end-to-end support, including gap analysis, policy and process development, preparation of risk assessments, method statements, training records and supply chain procedures, together with submission support and the preparation of evidence for tenders, audits and client assurance.

The consultancy also works alongside businesses to strengthen organisational capability, ensuring compliance systems remain effective long after accreditation has been achieved.

Carney Consultancy has invested significantly in helping the wider construction sector understand changing legislation. It has delivered three free seminars on the Building Safety Act, attended by more than 100 construction professionals, providing practical guidance to help businesses understand and meet evolving regulatory expectations.
