JMAC Group has announced the acquisition of the majority shareholding of Tees Site Support Ltd (TSS), strengthening its position across the UK and reinforcing its commitment to delivering multi discipline services & solutions.
This move marks a strategic step in JMAC’s history through organic growth. This is the first acquisition for JMAC, expanding both its operational capability and its ability to support clients with a broader, more responsive service offering.
Tees Site Support has built a strong reputation for operational excellence, reliability, and practical delivery through specialist rope access and cleaning services.
The alignment and share purchase of TSS by JMAC enhances its ability to provide seamless, end-to-end support across complex projects providing the customer the best solutions for the project and task.
Rather than simply adding another business to the Group, the acquisition is focused on strengthening how JMAC operates. It creates closer alignment between services, improves availability of key equipment and support functions, and allows for a more coordinated approach across projects nationwide.
This integration also supports JMAC Hire & Sales Ltd, expanding its reach and reinforcing its role in supplying construction and access equipment for hire or sale, while working in parallel with JMAC Industrial & Access Group Ltd to deliver multi-discipline services.
The addition of TSS reflects JMAC’s wider strategy; investing in capability, strengthening infrastructure, and building a diverse business that can respond quickly and effectively to the evolving demands of the industrial, infrastructure, and construction sectors.
Importantly, both businesses continue to operate with the same values. A shared focus on hard work, reliability, and doing things properly creates a strong cultural alignment, ensuring continuity for clients and opportunities for people across the Group.
“Today marks a momentous occasion, in which JMAC moves closer to its vision of becoming the leading multi-discipline access provider in the UK. As part of that, we have completed our first acquisition of Tees Site Support.”
– Luis McCarthy, Chief Executive Officer at JMAC Group Ltd
As JMAC continues to grow, the focus is clear: combining experience, capability, and the right people to deliver consistently, safely, and at scale.
A solid step forward that reflects how they’re continuing to build the business – with purpose and direction.
